
Javier Arturo Ferrer Báez
General Director of Audit at Grupo Salinas and President of the Organizing Committee
Ferrer holds a Bachelor degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration and Management from the Escuela Superior de Comercio y Administración (ESCA) of the National Polytechnic Institute (IPN) and a Master's degree in Senior Management from the PanAmerican Institute for High Business Management (IPADE).
Since 2014, he has been the General Director of Audit at Grupo Salinas. He also serves as coordinator of the Audit Committee of the Mexican Bankers Association (ABM) and is a professor at the School of Accounting and Administration of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and at the Universidad de la Libertad, starting in 2024, where he teaches the first worldwide course on Honesty to young people.
He has founded innovative companies such as Lebentech (dedicated to the implementation of disruptive solutions both operational and control through the use of biometrics and artificial intelligence), Total Protect (focused on the geolocation of assets online) and the firm Ferrer & Asociados (which provides auditing and fraud prevention services through new solutions).
He has given national and international conferences on audits, automation processes in business, fraud attacks, ethics, innovation and new technologies in digital banking, among others.
